Hesham El-Adly leads Southcoast Simulation operations, turning strategy into plans that deliver safety, quality, and customer service. An engineer with an MBA from Queen's University, he brings 30 years in flight simulation, from CAE Electronics to SCS, spanning corporate development, operations, product, engineering, and sales. He is transitioning into the CEO role.
Mircea Dochia is Director of Engineering at Southcoast Simulation. With over 20 years of experience in commercial flight simulation at CAE Electronics, he leads technical site management, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring that all SCS training devices remain reliable, innovative, and fully compliant with FAA requirements.
